Although it is a pre-owned and re-condition items, BUT the quality of the bags are as good as the new one otherwise it will be rejected and not being listed here. Our list of bags here are all authentic where we source mostly from Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai. After finish re-conditioning the bags that we trade, then we re-sell it to the public.

Those bags with a condition level of below 80% perfect are REJECTED and NOT ACCEPTABLE. We DO NOT BUY IN bags which are already torn / torn with holes / color faded / damage of serious stain which is not cleanable / missing zipper/ missing brass hardware

What We Do**
Most of the bags that we receive in first hand are in a good condition and what we do here is to do some fine touch up while maintaining it's original condition to make it as perfect as new. What we wish is to let our customer feel proud of their bags while they carrying it around.

Unless designer experts, it is hardly for anyone to see through and tell you which part of the bags that have been touch up before. We have a team of expertise who can do a very fine and smooth finishing on the touch up in order to maintain the quality as perfect as a new one.
