The price list under the product is the actual price of the item. The price does not include delivery charges.

The delivery charges will be at a flat rate of USD $15.00 for every item.

Is there any alternative taxes?
 
We DO NOT charge our clients taxes. However, please note, only certain countries have been reported on taxing 8% custom duty fees. In the event a package is asked of custom duty fees, the customer is always responsible for any foreign custom fees.

Do you provide discount for the product ?


Yes. But it depend on the quantity of your order. Our price stated on the product itself are already at low price. You are entitle to get a discount if you buy at least 2 items or above in a single transaction to get a discount. If you are purchasing 2 items and above, please contact me at my e-mail address for a special discount.

How long will it take to receive my order?


We ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise noted. The delivery time are different from each country due to the different countries custom clearance policy. Please allow a time frame of at least 5-10  business days for the delivery to reach you after you have made your payment. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order. Please inform us via e-mail immediately if you didn’t receive your parcel after 14 days from the date of your payment.

How can I know my order status?


Once we send the parcels, we will provide you with a tracking number which you can check the status of your order.

What shipping method do you use?


We send your order via secured courier services like TNT, UPS ,FedEX and DHL.Which services provider that we are using will be depending on the destination of the parcels to be sent.

At here, we only sell either pre-owned or re-condition items. Products quality are as good as new
items otherwise it will be rejected.

Are the handbags authentic?


Yes. All the bags we carry are authentic. But it is NOT BRAND NEW. It is a pre-owned and re-condition items. Some parts of the bags may have been done with some fine and smooth
touch up to make it perfect as a brand new item while maintaining it's original. Only designer expert can see through the touch up.

Does you allow re-sales after the initial sale?
 
We do not responsibility after the product has left our place of business. Once the product is sold to the customer, then the customers have to take the full responsibility for what they buy and what they do with our products.

Can you find other pre-owned brand of bags which are not listed in your site ?

Yes, we can help you try to source it. Just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

How do I place orders?

You can place your order online by clicking through the Buy Button or you can also e-mail 
lavonnehill22 @ gmail . com by indicating which bags you want, the item code number, quantities.


Once we receive your order, we will check the stock status for you, and send you a invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment via PayPal. We will send your package once we receive your payment.
