If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately at We will be happy to guide you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.


You must return your bag(s) new and unused within 8 days of receipt for refund (from the date of the goods is received). The items must be in original form, which means that the product hasn't been re-size, worn, torn, plastic removed, label removed, damage, scratched, or tempered. All refund items must be attach together with the receipt by the courier company where you have signed upon receiving the bag (s)

Your must send you returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. 

Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card/ PayPal account) and may take up to 7-10 business days after we receive of the goods.
